Re: SpaceX satellites

About 20 of us saw the same thing from the Spring Scrimmage. 3 separate passes with multiple bright satellites, at least 20 in each group. Here is a prediction link. findstarlink.com/ Plug in your own latitude and longitude data. This video is a good depiction of what we saw at the Spring Scrimmage ...

Spring Scrimmage now starts on Wednesday May 5th

Wednesday, May 5 (Cinco de Mayo) <<<<sponsored by the friendly folks at Hellman's Mayonnaise :o , is now the start date for the Deep South Spring Scrimmage.

Two reasons for this, only two of us were in for Tuesday, and the weather did not look particularly good for Tuesday.

Numbers and Weather for next week (Spring Scrimmage)

I just looked at the AccuWeather forecast for next week (Tuesday, May 4th thru Sunday, May 9th) and while admittedly the first date is 9 days away and Sunday the 9th is 14 days away, it gives us something to look at. With two exceptions at this point everyone who has registered/sent their payments i...

The Spring Scrimmage Moon

See attached image. The old Moon rises late but offers a perspective that not many often see. For those concerned that the Moon could spoil the show.....unless you commonly observe between 4 am and 5:30 am (and more like 5 am to 6 am by Saturday morning and Sunday morning, the Moon should not be an ...
